Individual Therapy for Adults
In Hertfordshire and online.

Feeling Disconnected, Overwhelmed, or Lost?
Sometimes we don’t know exactly what’s wrong, we just know we feel disconnected from ourselves, from others, or from the life we’re meant to be living.
You may be feeling emotionally numb, anxious, low in confidence, or weighed down by a constant inner critic. Perhaps you struggle to trust others or even trust yourself.
You might feel lost in life’s transitions, burnout, creative block, or grief. Or maybe you’re holding stories from childhood or past relationships that still echo in the present.
This is where individual therapy offers a space to slow down and listen inward.

An Integrative, Creative Approach to Therapy
We begin with gentle curiosity, never judgement. Together, we pay close attention to what your emotions, body, and relational patterns are trying to show you.
Grounded in a background in biomedical science and fashion design, I offer an approach that brings together the structure of the body with the textures of human expression. This means combining body-based insight with creative tools like metaphor, colour, and story, so your experience can be both understood and felt.
What Might We Explore Together?
(Examples of what individual therapy can support)
- Uncovering the roots of anxiety, depression, or a sense of emptiness.
- Exploring the impact of childhood experiences and unresolved relational wounds.
- Understanding the inner critic and cultivating self-compassion.
- Identifying repeating patterns in relationships and work.
- Reconnecting with parts of yourself that feel lost or forgotten.
- Reclaiming creativity, intuition or inner aliveness that feels blocked.

Therapy in Welwyn or Online – Support Wherever You Are
I offer individual therapy for adults both in-person at my private practice in Welwyn, Hertfordshire, and as online therapy across the UK & internationally. Sessions are generally weekly but can be tailored to your pace & lifestyle.
You Are Not a Problem to Be Solved.
You are a person in progress. And with care, insight, and support, even the most painful parts of your story can offer wisdom—not as lessons you ‘should’ have learned, but as threads of meaning that can be woven into a fuller, freer way of living.
If you’re ready to begin that process, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
