Which therapy service is right for me?

People often arrive knowing that something feels strained, stuck or no longer sustainable, but not always knowing what kind of therapeutic support they need. Some difficulties sit mainly within the self; others emerge most painfully in relationships, family life or the patterns between people.

This page is designed to help you choose the most fitting starting point: individual therapy, couples therapy / couples counselling or parenting support.
